•  We are now open Monday through Thursday 7:30AM-6:00PM.  Admission is at 7:30AM. Discharge is at 4:30PM for dogs and 5:00PM for cats.  
• The clinic is open to anyone regardless of income or location. We do not have any residential or income restrictions.
   
• All surgeries require an appointment. We cannot schedule appointments via email.
   
• We are located at 4205 NW 6th Street in Gainesville, FL, 32609, just south of the intersection of 441 and NW 6th Street and  just three blocks north of 39th Ave.
  
  
• Pet cats and dogs must be healthy, be at least 8 weeks old, and weigh at least 2 pounds. Feral cats must weigh 3 pounds and be contained in a humane cat trap.
   
• If your pet is 8 years or older, please call for special pre-operative evaluation instructions.
   
•  We accept cash, credit, or debit cards.  Payment is requested at the time of pet drop-off.  more information
   
• For your pet's safety, please read the pre-op instructions.
   
• Cats must be in a secure hard plastic carrier. Please line the carrier with newspaper.
   
• Dogs must be on a leash or in a secure hard plastic carrier.
   
• Feral cats must be in a humane trap owned by Operation PetSnip or Operation Catnip. 
   
• We require a non-refundable deposit of the FULL surgery price ($45 or $75) to book an appointment. Deposits can be paid in person or over the phone. If you need to cancel your appointment or do not come to your scheduled appointment, the deposit will become a donation to the clinic. If you reschedule the appointment with less than 48 business hours notice, we will collect another non-refundable deposit. 
   
• Your pet’s safety is our primary concern. The veterinarian may decline surgery on any animal if there are health concerns.
