Phone volunteers' primary responsibility is to maintain contact with feral cat colony caregivers before and after a clinic.
Prior to a clinic phone volunteers take clinic reservations and give trap confirmation numbers.
After a clinic phone volunteers perform "call backs" in order to verify that all the cats have been successfully recovered from surgery and released back into their colony.
