There is be a $10 per cat minimum donation required at the time of admission to the clinic.Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions please contact us at 352-380-0940.

 

Please read the following before registering:

 

 

Please use this form only if you have participated in an Operation Catnip Clinic previously. For all new caregivers please call 352-380-0940 for a reservation.

Once you submit your registration form you will receive a confirmation number on the following screen.

You must bring your confirmation number to Alachua County Humane Society along with a cash, check, or credit card deposit of $50 per trap at least one week before the clinic. All cats must come in humane animal traps, we cannot accept cats in pet taxis, carriers, or kennels. 

A valid confirmation number only guarantees you access to traps as long as they are available- it is not a guarantee of availability or reservation.

All cats that come to the clinic must be in a humane animal trap, we do not accept cats in carriers, and cats must not have any food or water after 10pm the night before surgery.
